Prior to joining Madsen O'Dea Agnew as a consultant, Samuel was a partner of an Adelaide corporate and commercial law firm. Since being admitted in 2007, he has practiced primarily in commercial litigation and insolvency (both corporate and personal).
Samuel advises businesses, insolvency practitioners, directors, shareholders, commercial landlords and tenants, financiers, directors, and individuals (including those in financial distress) in all commercial litigation and insolvency matters.
Samuel regularly appears in all South Australian Courts and the Federal Court of Australia. He is, however, committed to finding costs effective alternatives for clients to resolve disputes outside of the court system. That includes regularly acting for clients in mediations and other alternative dispute resolution processes.
